Creativity is not used as decoration or self-expression alone, but as a therapeutic process—woven together with ancient Indian practices such as meditation, breathwork, and Vedic storytelling. These tools support reflection, emotional processing, and integration in a way that feels both grounded and accessible.
Ayurveda is approached as a living, practical system, deeply rooted in its Indian tradition. It is applied with respect and depth, without being fragmented, diluted, or adapted into Westernized trends or silos. Ancient wisdom is held with structure, responsibility, and ongoing support, so it can be lived—not just understood.
Community at Soul Veda is intentional and human. It is not passive, performative, or driven by surface-level connection, but shaped through shared presence, honesty, and meaningful exchange.
Soul Veda is not about fixing you or chasing transformation for its own sake.
It is about creating the conditions in which real, sustainable change can unfold—gently, consciously, and in alignment with each individual’s life.
Once, carrying many roles felt overwhelming. Today, I recognize it as a gift. I move between logic and intuition, discipline and creativity, tradition and modern life — not because I am fragmented, but because I am integrated.
I found my way back to nurturing, intuition, and softness — without losing structure, leadership, or clarity. True feminine power integrates the masculine. As in the ancient understanding of Shiva and Shakti, strength and receptivity belong together.
The ability to bridge worlds shaped my professional path. I studied engineering, worked with international clients for years, navigated male-dominated environments that demanded resilience and strength. I understand the pressure, the responsibility, and the cost of always having to perform.
Born in India and raised between cultures, I carry my roots deeply while having lived and worked across different countries. Moving between languages, values, and ways of thinking has always been part of my life.
Each journey begins with understanding the person in front of me—their life context, nervous system state, emotional patterns, physical signals, and their personal comfort with different forms of therapeutic work.

Lived experience, years of in-depth traditional training, and classical Ayurvedic ethics shape my work. With a background in engineering and complex project leadership, I bring clarity, structure, and accountability into therapeutic spaces — grounded, safe, and purposeful.
This work honors individual pace, responsibility, and sustainable change.
It began as a longing—for warmth, real connection, and spaces where people could soften, breathe, and feel seen.
After years of working in structured, high-responsibility environments, I found myself longing for something more human. Creativity opened the first door—bringing people together through art, presence, and shared experience. But it soon became clear that expression alone was not enough.
When Ayurveda entered my life, the missing piece fell into place. With its understanding of body, mind, and consciousness, Soul Veda evolved from a creative community into a holistic healing space—where ancient wisdom meets modern life, and healing is held with both structure and softness.
