Svāgatam : Welcome

At Soul Veda we intentionally combine Meditation and Art. You will learn about Pranayamas and Mantras and what the Process of making Art has in common with these ancient practices.

Soul Vedas therapeutic art practices provide a familiar and intimate atmosphere which can be enjoyed in person, virtually, individually or in a group-setup.

The face behind
Soul Veda Art

    • Founder of Soul Veda Art

    • Certified Art Therapy Practitioner

    • Yoga Teacher (Hatha & Prenatal)

"I run a mind-wellness and creative therapy community that integrates therapeutic art, meditation, and ancient Eastern practices like yoga and Ayurveda. My work focuses on helping individuals and teams cultivate mental clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being through structured sessions and workshops.

Struggling with anxiety, depressive phases, and burnout—while constantly moving to new places—I often felt lost, searching for my own tribe and a sense of belonging. That was until I took matters into my own hands and founded Soul Veda in 2023."

Mamta Rana, an artist and yogi with a deep love for Indian mythology—stories she grew up listening to, which have fueled her imagination and creativity since childhood.

Especially in challenging times, Mamta has always found healing by reconnecting with her Hindu roots and the ancient wisdom they hold, while also integrating modern therapeutic approaches. This fusion allowed her to combine her heritage with one of her greatest passions: art and creativity.

This journey helped her restore her values and rediscover her true calling—serving others and guiding them through their own struggles. Her mission is to focus on mental well-being and to make healing and therapeutic tools accessible and affordable to everyone. No one should feel left behind or alone. Everyone needs a community where they feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Seva: The Heart of Soul Veda

In Sanskrit, Seva (सेवा) means selfless service—offering time, knowledge, and energy to uplift others without expectation. At Soul Veda, this principle is at the core of everything I share.

Through free mantra art sessions, guided meditations, and community workshops, I strive to make healing, mindfulness, and creative expression accessible to all—because well-being should never be a privilege.

When we give from the heart, we create a ripple effect of balance, healing, and connection.

I publish my thoughts about Mind-Wellness and Creative Therapy in my Blog
