At Soul Veda we understand that sometimes, what we need is not only healing but a shift in perspective, a moment of reorientation, or a space for transformation and conscious growth.
Soul Veda supports people in understanding themselves more deeply—and in applying this understanding sustainably within their daily lives through Ayurvedic Therapy or art-based creative psychotherapy.
From Ayurveda Therapy, to Therapeutic Art or nourishing Community Sessions - At Soul Veda, we offer different paths for healing, ritual, and reflection.
Our Workshops are the heart of Soul Veda. They bring people together, open the mind, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner home. Inspiring, intimate, and grounded in the present moment.
Free monthly 60-minute online sessions combining meditation, storytelling, and therapeutic art. An open Soul Veda community offering created to make mental well-being accessible and to nurture creative expression through shared practice.
From conscious therapeutic art gatherings to focused in-person educational & experiential ayurvedic teachings. Our therapeutic workshops offer spaces to deepen self-awareness and nurture creativity.
Personalized therapeutic art sessions supporting emotional processing, self-expression, and nervous system regulation.
Through guided creative processes, reflection, meditation, and somatic awareness, these sessions support stress regulation, life transitions, and inner child work — offered in person or online.
A comprehensive assessment to understand your constitution, current imbalances, and life influences.
This is the essential first step in your Ayurvedic healing journey, forming the basis for all further guidance and therapy.
Personalized online support focusing on nutrition, daily routines, emotional balance, and lifestyle alignment.
A continuous, adaptive therapeutic relationship to keep your healing on track and adjust your plan as life evolves—because healing is not linear.
A fully individualized, 1:1 Ayurvedic Panchakarma addressing digestion, energy, hormonal balance, and mental clarity at the root.
This is a guided therapeutic process—not a retreat—offered with continuous personal support, preparation, and care throughout all 21 days.
A guided nourishment and integration phase following Panchakarma, focused on rebuilding strength, immunity, and vitality.
Learn how to integrate dosha-appropriate nutrition, daily rituals, and mindful routines—so Ayurveda becomes a sustainable way of living, not a temporary reset.
Suitable if you just finished your Panchakarma (with Soul Veda or somewhere else).
My mission is to translate Ayurveda into practical, individual ways of living, while using creativity as a tool for self-exploration.
What began as a way to escape pain and suicidal thoughts ultimately saved her life.
I’ve experienced this same therapeutic power of art — in my own wellbeing, and in many others — when I founded the Soul Veda community to support people through creativity.
Art has always been my natural language. But during a period of chronic fatigue, burnout, and hormonal imbalance, art alone was no longer enough. Ayurveda — an ancient Indian medical system rooted in Vedic philosophy — entered my life like a big bang, and is now inseparable from how I live.
SANDRA
I joined one of Mamta’s art sessions in Frankfurt and wasn’t sure what to expect, beyond my curiosity about the connection between art and therapy. I’m genuinely glad I attended. The session gave me a sense of inner clarity and calm, and I experienced a deep flow while painting.
Mila
A thoughtful and welcoming art therapy workshop exploring obstacles and how our micro system fits into the macro system. It was my first time doing visual art, and the space felt completely non-judgmental—no artistic skills required. I loved being guided while also having freedom to create.
VIVIANA
I took an Ayurvedic assessment with Mamta for chronic pain. Mamta listened emphatically to me and offered tailored advice with great care and attention to detail. Thanks to the treatment she proposed, I have less pain and I have better mobility in my joints. Highly recommended.

The session was informative, interactive and interpersonal. This allowed the participants to open up and shared their vulnerabilities as they felt safe and nurtured. It became thought-provoking both
emotionally and physiologically. Thoroughly enjoyed and learned a lot.
Hannah
Mamta’s Ayurvedic assessment was incredibly detailed and eye-opening. It wasn’t just about traditional doshas — she beautifully wove in many aspects of modern life that I could immediately relate to. The session itself felt deeply
therapeutic, like being truly seen and understood for the first time.
LAURA
I reached out to Mamta because I was feeling tired and out of sync with my body. The dosha assessment she created was incredibly detailed and her nutrition & Ayurvedic routine advice was given with so much care and explanation. Within a month, I noticed great improvements.
