Shared Experience & Inspiration

Group sessions—ranging from 60-minute online community sessions to 180-minute in-person workshops—offer a different quality of experience.

Online group sessions usually do not include mantra chanting, and sharing circles are intentionally shorter. This creates a safe and accessible space, while respecting that not everyone wishes to go deeply personal in a group setting.
