“Loka Samasta Sukhino Bhavantu”

May all beings be happy and free

Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural healing that originated in India more than 5,000 years ago

It teaches us that true health is not just the absence of disease, but a deep state of balance between our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves.

Ayurveda believes everything in the universe — including you — is made of the five elements:

ether

FIRE

EARTH

air

water

Ayurveda Dosha Assessment (Online)

The foundation for all further Ayurvedic guidance.

Ayurveda Dosha Assessment (Online)

The foundation for all further Ayurvedic guidance.

The Ayurveda Dosha Assessment is a comprehensive 90-minute 1:1 journey designed to understand you as a whole—not just your symptoms.

We explore both your physical constitution (Dosha) and your emotional–mental landscape (Gunas), while also taking into account your current life context, habits, and stressors. This creates a clear, personalized picture of how your body, mind, and environment interact.

This session becomes your personal blueprint—not a rigid plan, but a living reference point for future healing, growth, or realignment.

It is the ideal starting point if you:
  • Feel out of balance but don’t know where to begin
  • Want clarity before committing to deeper therapy
  • Seek personalized, culturally rooted Ayurveda—not generic advice
  • Are ready to understand yourself beyond symptoms

The Dosha Assessment is not about labeling you. It is about helping you understand your nature, so balance becomes possible—and sustainable.

What Is Covered & How It Supports You

Why This Assessment Matters

This assessment goes far beyond a standard questionnaire. It combines structured inquiry, therapeutic dialogue, and Ayurvedic interpretation.

We explore areas such as:

  • Physical constitution & current imbalances
Digestion, appetite, energy levels, sleep quality, hormonal patterns, immunity, pain, and recurring symptoms
  • Mental & emotional patterns (Gunas)
Stress response, emotional regulation, thought patterns, motivation, restlessness, heaviness, clarity, and resilience
  • Daily routines & lifestyle influences
Sleep–wake rhythm, work demands, movement, nervous system load, screen exposure, and recovery habits
  • Nutrition & digestion
Eating patterns, cravings, tolerances, meal timing, digestion strength (Agni), and relationship with food
  • Relationships & environment
Social dynamics, emotional boundaries, work culture, seasonal and geographical influences
  • Life phase & current challenges
Transitions, burnout, fertility, recovery phases, creative blocks, or periods of reorientation

The assessment draws from a detailed, multi-layered Ayurvedic questionnaire (covering over 100 indicators across body, mind, and lifestyle), combined with intuitive observation and therapeutic conversation.

21-Day Panchakarma Therapy (1:1)

A deeply individualized therapeutic detox and reset with continuous personal support.

21-Day Panchakarma Therapy (1:1)

A deeply individualized therapeutic detox and reset with continuous personal support.

Panchakarma is the heart of Ayurvedic detox therapy. At Soul Veda, it is offered as a 21-day, fully individualized 1:1 therapeutic process—not a retreat, not a group cleanse, and never a one-size-fits-all plan.

In classical Ayurveda, Panchakarma means five therapeutic actions designed to remove deep-seated imbalance and restore the body’s intelligence—supporting digestion, energy, hormonal balance, and mental clarity at the root.

What Is Covered & How It Supports You

Panchakarma includes five classical cleansing actions. Which ones are chosen depends on your dosha constitution, imbalance pattern, strength, life context, and readiness.

1) Vamana (Therapeutic Emesis)
A targeted therapy for Kapha-type congestion and accumulation—classically used for heaviness, mucus, sluggish metabolism, and certain respiratory or metabolic patterns.

2) Virechana (Therapeutic Purgation)
A targeted therapy for Pitta-type heat and inflammation—classically used to clear excess heat from the system and support liver–gut balance, skin clarity, and irritability/agitation patterns.

3) Basti (Therapeutic Enema Therapy)
Often considered the most profound of the karmas for Vata regulation—supporting the nervous system, dryness, constipation patterns, overthinking, depletion, and chronic imbalance held in the colon–nervous system axis.

4) Nasya (Nasal Therapy)
A therapy for the head and sense organs—supporting clarity, sinus/upper respiratory pathways, sleep quality, and mental fog, and helping regulate subtle Vata/Kapha patterns in the mind and head region.

5) Raktamokshana (Bloodletting Therapy)
A classical Panchakarma action traditionally used in very specific cases of blood and heat-related imbalances. For completeness, it is mentioned as part of the classical Panchakarma system; however, Raktamokshana is not included in my Panchakarma work with clients.

This therapy is traditionally performed using specialized methods (such as leech therapy) and requires a highly specific medical context and setting.

Important: Panchakarma is not “doing all five.”

It is the right combination (sometimes only 1–3 karmas) chosen with precision,
and held within a safe, supportive therapeutic container.

The 5 Actions of PanchaKarma

You receive
  • A fully personalized 21-day Panchakarma plan
  • Continuous 1:1 therapeutic guidance (no group format)
  • Clear daily instructions, adaptations, and close support
  • Integration guidance + next steps for long-term balance

Benefits many clients experience
  • Lighter digestion and clearer appetite signals
  • Increased energy and steadier mood regulation
  • Reduced stress-load patterns and nervous system overwhelm
  • Mental clarity, emotional lightness, and improved sleep quality
  • A deeper sense of embodiment and self-trust

Panchakarma is not a quick fix.
It is serious therapeutic work—done with precision, preparation, and care.

The Doshas shape how we think, feel, digest, move, and respond to life. Each person carries a unique combination of these energies, which influences both physical and emotional tendencies.

When your doshas are in balance, you feel vital, clear, and joyful. But when they are out of balance, symptoms appear — fatigue, stress, digestive issues, skin problems, mood swings, and more.

Understanding your Dosha is not about labelling yourself, but about learning how to support balance in a way that fits you.

what past clients say

matthias

I was feeling burnt out, anxious and out of balance. Mamta’s dosha assessment was eye-opening — from my digestion and sleep patterns to emotional tendencies. The assessment felt almost like my classical psychotherapy sessions, but even more directed to me. What I appreciated most was how practical her recommendations were.

stephanie

After my Dosha Assessment with Mamta I have already booked 3 consultations. Her approach is both deeply knowledgeable and very human. The daily routines she recommended were surprisingly simple to integrate — small switches that helped me feel calmer, more focused, and physically lighter.

VIVIANA

I took an Ayurvedic assessment with Mamta for chronic pain. Mamta listened emphatically to me and offered tailored advice with great care and attention to detail. Thanks to the treatment she proposed, I have less pain and I have better mobility in my joints. Highly recommended.

CURIOUS ABOUT ANCIENT HINDU EPICS?

The Story of the Mahabharata told by Mamta in 90 minutes

Despite its age, the Mahabharata feels deeply modern. Unlike idealized tales, it invites us into complexity — where doubt, courage, and conscious choice shape our path. Through the dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna, we are reminded that living our purpose is not about perfection, but about inner alignment and conscious action, even when the way forward is unclear.

Your plan will be personalized and realistic, with small steps you can gently integrate into your daily life. This is why the Ayurvedic Assessment is so important at the beginning: it allow us to create an individual plan, tailor-made for you. You can (and are encouraged to do so) book follow-up coaching session to allow your Coach to monitor your journey. Adaptations to your plan can be then made along the way.

Why is Ayurveda so focused on food and digestion?

Why is Ayurveda so focused on food and digestion?

In Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy, the fire of life — Agni — resides in the gut.

When the gut is disturbed, it weakens Agni, disrupting not only digestion but also the deeper nourishment of the body’s tissues (Dhatus) and the stability of the mind. A weakened Agni affects how nutrients are assimilated, ultimately influencing every layer of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When this vital connection is lost, "listening to your gut feeling" — your inner guidance — becomes difficult or even impossible.

This is why healthy digestion and mindful eating are considered sacred foundations in Ayurveda.

Can Ayurveda help with emotional issues like anxiety and burnout?

Can Ayurveda help with emotional issues like anxiety and burnout?

Yes, Ayurveda addresses emotional wellness through balancing the mind-body connection with supportive lifestyle and nutrition practices. This part of the Ayurvedic Support is also known as the Ayurvedic Psychotherapy.
