Ayurveda believes everything in the universe — including you — is made of the five elements:
All Ayurveda offerings are adapted to your constitution, life context, and readiness.
Each offering can stand alone, yet they naturally build on one another for deeper and more sustainable results.
The Ayurveda Dosha Assessment is a comprehensive 90-minute 1:1 journey designed to understand you as a whole—not just your symptoms.
We explore both your physical constitution (Dosha) and your emotional–mental landscape (Gunas), while also taking into account your current life context, habits, and stressors. This creates a clear, personalized picture of how your body, mind, and environment interact.
Ongoing 1:1 consultations to refine recommendations, support integration, and adapt your therapeutic plan as your body, mind, and circumstances evolve.
Panchakarma is the heart of Ayurvedic detox therapy. At Soul Veda, it is offered as a 21-day, fully individualized 1:1 therapeutic process—not a retreat, not a group cleanse, and never a one-size-fits-all plan.
In classical Ayurveda, Panchakarma means five therapeutic actions designed to remove deep-seated imbalance and restore the body’s intelligence—supporting digestion, energy, hormonal balance, and mental clarity at the root.
This fusion of structure and creativity brings healing that is both grounded and transformative. Ayurveda restores health & balance, art reveals meditation & spirituality as playful rituals.
The Doshas shape how we think, feel, digest, move, and respond to life. Each person carries a unique combination of these energies, which influences both physical and emotional tendencies.
When your doshas are in balance, you feel vital, clear, and joyful. But when they are out of balance, symptoms appear — fatigue, stress, digestive issues, skin problems, mood swings, and more.
Understanding your Dosha is not about labelling yourself, but about learning how to support balance in a way that fits you.

I was feeling burnt out, anxious and out of balance. Mamta’s dosha assessment was eye-opening — from my digestion and sleep patterns to emotional tendencies. The assessment felt almost like my classical psychotherapy sessions, but even more directed to me. What I appreciated most was how practical her recommendations were.

After my Dosha Assessment with Mamta I have already booked 3 consultations. Her approach is both deeply knowledgeable and very human. The daily routines she recommended were surprisingly simple to integrate — small switches that helped me feel calmer, more focused, and physically lighter.

I took an Ayurvedic assessment with Mamta for chronic pain. Mamta listened emphatically to me and offered tailored advice with great care and attention to detail. Thanks to the treatment she proposed, I have less pain and I have better mobility in my joints. Highly recommended.

Despite its age, the Mahabharata feels deeply modern. Unlike idealized tales, it invites us into complexity — where doubt, courage, and conscious choice shape our path. Through the dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna, we are reminded that living our purpose is not about perfection, but about inner alignment and conscious action, even when the way forward is unclear.
Usually all consultations are conducted online via secure video call, making it easy and accessible from wherever you are. On request consultations can be possible also from Frankfurt, Lisbon or Paris.
Not at all — I warmly welcome complete beginners. The session is a learning and healing experience combined.
Your plan will be personalized and realistic, with small steps you can gently integrate into your daily life. This is why the Ayurvedic Assessment is so important at the beginning: it allow us to create an individual plan, tailor-made for you. You can (and are encouraged to do so) book follow-up coaching session to allow your Coach to monitor your journey. Adaptations to your plan can be then made along the way.
In Ayurveda and Yoga philosophy, the fire of life — Agni — resides in the gut.
When the gut is disturbed, it weakens Agni, disrupting not only digestion but also the deeper nourishment of the body’s tissues (Dhatus) and the stability of the mind. A weakened Agni affects how nutrients are assimilated, ultimately influencing every layer of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. When this vital connection is lost, "listening to your gut feeling" — your inner guidance — becomes difficult or even impossible.
This is why healthy digestion and mindful eating are considered sacred foundations in Ayurveda.
Yes, Ayurveda addresses emotional wellness through balancing the mind-body connection with supportive lifestyle and nutrition practices. This part of the Ayurvedic Support is also known as the Ayurvedic Psychotherapy.
