My Journey to Soul Veda
My path to Soul Veda wasn’t linear — it was cyclical, like the healing journeys I now hold space for. For over 15 years, I worked as an engineer and project leader across Europe and Asia. Despite external success, I often felt disconnected from my own body, emotions, and rhythm. Burnout, hormonal challenges, and emotional stagnation brought me to a place of stillness — and in that silence, something ancient stirred.
I returned to Ayurveda, the wisdom of my Indian roots, and began exploring Art Therapy, and spiritual practices that awakened my inner voice again.
Soul Veda was born from this space — a bridge between structure and spirit, science and intuition, mind and soul. Today, I support others in navigating their own healing through a grounded, creative, and deeply personal approach..
