You will experience creative expression (online & in-person) – painting, drawing, collaging – guided by sacred mantra practices and drawing inspiration from Indian mythology and yoga philosophy.

This is where you process your inner emotional and mental landscape, release blockages, cultivate mindfulness, and deepen your spiritual connection.

  • Guided Meditation to ground the nervous system

  • Gentle Breathwork (Pranayama) to prepare the body and mind

  • Thematic Art Prompts (based on Inner Child, future self, seasonal energy, or mythological themes)

  • Not at all — no artistic skill is needed. The focus is on expression, not perfection.

  • Simple art supplies like paper, pens, crayons, or watercolors. A full list will be sent to you after registration.

  • Absolutely. All meditations and mantras are guided gently, and you will be supported every step of the way.

  • Sessions are usually held online via Google Meets, in a nurturing, confidential 1:1 setting. Upon request it is possible to have in person sessions in Frankfurt, Lisbon or Paris.
