Soul Veda Art & Ayurveda Therapy: A Journey Back to the Self

Soul Veda Art & Ayurveda Therapy was founded by Mamta Rana, an Ayurveda Therapist, Art Therapy Practitioner, and Process-Oriented Project Manager. Rooted in her Indian heritage and shaped by her personal journey through burnout, IVF, and emotional exhaustion, Mamta created Soul Veda as a sanctuary where ancient wisdom meets modern healing.

Operating from Frankfurt, Paris, and Lisbon, and offering online sessions worldwide, Soul Veda blends Ayurveda, art-based psychotherapy, guided meditation, and Hindu mythology into a deeply personal healing path — designed for both individuals and groups navigating the complexities of modern life.

✨ What Makes Soul Veda Unique?

Unlike classical Ayurveda therapy that focuses solely on the body, or classical art therapy that leans into creative expression, Soul Veda unites both practices — alongside the symbolic, psychological power of mythology — to offer holistic transformation.

At the heart of this method is the understanding that our mind, body, and soul are not separate, and that true healing begins when all three are addressed together. Whether you are facing burnout, anxiety, depression, creative blockages, or spiritual disconnection, Soul Veda offers space to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with purpose, and find clarity through ritual and rhythm.

🌸 Saraswati: The Goddess of Inner Wisdom

In our most recent Mantra Art Session, we invoked Saraswati, the goddess of wisdom, creativity, and inner truth. Through guided meditation, breathwork, and expressive art, participants connected with the subtle Saraswati energy — the voice within that whispers guidance even in silence.

We explored how Saraswati teaches us to balance stillness with expression, logic with intuition, structure with surrender. These practices are more than spiritual rituals — they are psychotherapeutic tools that help reframe limiting beliefs and reignite inner alignment.

🧭 Dharma, Karma & the Ayurvedic Mind

In Ayurvedic psychotherapy, finding dharma (your life’s path) and understanding karma (the effects of actions and reactions) is essential to restoring mental health. Many of the anxieties, burnout patterns, and emotional imbalances we experience today come from a disconnect — from ourselves, from purpose, and from our inner rhythm.

At Soul Veda, sessions are designed to help you rediscover your unique path by identifying imbalances in your prakriti (constitution), working with personal rituals, and embodying the archetypes of mythology as healing mirrors.

We don’t just talk about healing — we paint it, breathe it, and live it.
